Issue/#156 events counters

[Kreezag]

Create new feature to show events counts on sidebar icons and "delete events".
The events count badges are visible by default but user can remove it on the settings page

Additional improves:

• sidebar items is used from config (in future we can manage that events we want to show or hide and events order in sidebar)
• improve types related to event-types on pages
