The Times 03/Jan/2009 is birthday of bitcoin. It's the timestamp of genesis block.

I create this site just for fun, and we’re building a contemporaneous and historical record that is unparalleled in bitcoin history. There are all sorts of interesting possibilities.

If you want to create new events about bitcoin, just edit the bitcoin_timeline.json to create pull request.

I use timelineJS3 for timeline plugs, please see TimelineJS JSON data format.

If you don't like the default theme, just create pull request for branch gh-pages.
