To install the latest release from PyPi, use
pip install -U fealpy
If you have no root
access on Linux/MacOS, please try
python -m pip install -U fealpy
Users in China can install FEALPy from mirrors such as:
git clone https://github.com/weihuayi/fealpy.git
cd fealpy
pip install .
For developers, please use pip install -e .
to install it in develop mode.
On Linux system such as Ubuntu or Fedora, or MacOS, maybe you should use pip3 install -e .
to install it in
develop mode.
pip uninstall fealpy
The sparse pattern of the matrix A
generated by FEALPy
may not be the same as the theoretical pattern, since there exists nonzero values that are close to machine precision due to rounding. If you care about the sparse pattern of the matrix, you can use the following commands to eliminate them
eps = 10**(-15)
A.data[ np.abs(A.data) < eps ] = 0
A.eliminate_zeros()
