Issue during installation via cli

I just tried to install bootstrap-email via cli method, but it aborts with following error message:

ERROR: While executing gem ... (Gem::RemoteFetcher::FetchError) bad response Forbidden 403 (https://api.rubygems.org/quick/Marshal.4.8/nokogiri-1.13.3-x64-unknown.gemspec.rz)

Does anyone have an advice?

Sorry, my fault. Had to run

gem update --system

Now it seems to work.
