Fix missing 3gpp attrs (#34)

* Fix imcomplete headers/columns names

When processing more than 1 file and one of the files is missing
the 3GPP attributes e.g. file 1 has vs:vsDataSomeMO and file2 has
SomeMO and vsDataSomeMO.
