Replaced the hardcoded
blakeblackshear/frigate
in the CI workflow with the lower-cased (to handle users like me that have mixed-case usernames, sorry) repository name where the workflow is being run. This should make it easier for forked repositories to take advantage of GitHub actions and test builds.Tested successfully in my repository here.
