Errors in logs after upgrading to 13.1

I'm getting the following errors since upgrading to 13.1. Any ideas on how to fix this ?

neither of these are errors that indicate anything is wrong

The fact that I saw 25 leaked shared_memory objects had me concerned. Any idea on how to fix the other error ?

this usually just happens when frigate isn't started yet
