[Bug]: No review items are being generated

Describe the problem you are having

In the latest dev image (0.14.0-abc1ecf) there is an error in the logs and detections/alerts are not being generated. Snapshots showing detected objects still appear in the Frigate+ view and recordings are still being saved on motion. Tried a restart and initially got a detection, but after the error appeared in the logs there were no further detections.

Steps to reproduce

Pull 0.14.0-abc1ecf and start frigate, then check logs after a few minutes.
