[Bug]: 14 beta 2 startup failure due to trying to backup database

Describe the problem you are having

I update to beta2 version 14 of frigate and I get below error, I even wipe the database and volume where frigate stores its data with same result:

Steps to reproduce

update image to beta 2, start frigate container, fails to start

this is because you have named the db an incompatible name. It should be frigate.db

I have multiple instances, would creating subdirs then be the recommended approach? For example church/frigate.db as the path for the database? Also why would the logic be trying to back up the DB if I nuke all the db's and settings for frigate and start over?
