MEPHunter is a MATLAB software for electrophysiological signal analysis. It has applications for TMS + EMG and EMG only analysis. MEPHunter uses graphs for witnessed signal processing and analysis. There are several tools to select points of interest in the signal, calculate amplitude and maps of EMG amplitude and more.

The software is still under development and improvement.
