Goal:

  • Explore the data, handle missing values.
  • Analysis per store type or per given department for a store type, correlational analysis of activity.
  • Perform extensive a time serie analysis (seasonal decomposition, trends, autocorrelation).
  • Model the effects of holidays.
  • Predict next weeks of sales using Prophet.

Prediction results: MAPE 19.8%
