Add RTL theme

Just a copy of blue-gray theme RTL'ed

Really like Stackedit but for me it lacks an RTL CSS feature.

Since there's no way in the UI of editing the CSS, i've added it as a new theme.

I think this will make it the first web md editor to support RTL

Sorry, I can't merge this. You cannot just apply RTL on all the page. It has to be applied only on the editor, since everything else is in english.

and if I change only ui-layout-pane to be rtl ?

rest of the layout stays ltr, only the preview and the editor are rtl

👍 can't wait to see a RTL layout. That'll make stackedit perfect writing tool for me.

I had to create a mode for that. In Settings->Editor, just select Light + Right-to-left.
