Smooth scroll can cause headaches for some people, this pull request allows users to disable it when they want it. By default this new option is turned off, so people have the normal smooth scrolling.
Even though I followed the installation steps, my resulting minified files looked different. Therefore I split up my branch into 2 separate commits, so you can revert my minified files commit, and add your own to the mix.
