Add support for pasting image when HTML5 clipboard API is available. The effect of pasting an image should be same as when an image file is dragged and dropped on the editor. That is, it should be uploaded to Google.

After seeing the comments over on #595 I'm hesitant to spend time making an extension or submitting a PR to incorporate this into the editor itself, but I made a small userscript here that adds support for pasting images that have been copied to the clipboard from either screenshot software (tested with Greenshot in Windows), image editing software (tested with Paint), or from browsers (tested with Chrome 43 and Firefox 35).

I need the picture upload to gitup directly, because in some country, google did not work.
