Proposed directory structure for default settings.

Host machine:

/.
  .beetbox.yml
  index.php
  Vagrantfile

Inside VM:

/var
  /beetbox        <-- maps to root dir on host machine
    .beetbox.yml
    index.php
    Vagrantfile
