This PR updates React-simplemde-editor to 4.1.1. It is part in a string of updates to fix a z-index issue in easy markdown editor

• Bump Easymde to v2.9.1 314.0 RIP21/react-simplemde-editor#119
• Set .CodeMirror z-index to 0 Ionaru/easy-markdown-editor#175

With this update, we can roll out this fix in Jellyfish
