Add characteristicType to classification relationship change. Add redundantStatedRelationshipsFound and equivalentConceptsFound flags to classification summary.
Manager now properly manages SingleDirectoryIndex instances, instead of using the ApplicationContext. Renamed a couple interfaces and implementation classes. Register all SingleDirectoryIndexes during initialization. Register manager in DatastoreServerBootstrap, removed corresponding service config job.
