To use this Chrome-Extension first allow access to this chrome extension from browser extension wizard and then click on Pick-Color button after you click on that button an Magnifier will appear take that Magnifier to the Color which you want to pick then click on it then the hex color value of that color will appear below the Pick-Color button.
