#Controls explained:

-Moving forward of backwards respectively with the up and down directional keys

-Rotate left to right using the respective directional keys at a rate of angle_offset degrees per second

-Shoots 1 bullet each 1000/rifle_fire_rate miliseconds with F key

-Shoots several bullets with S key with a delay of 10000/shotgun_fire_rate miliseconds

-Closes the game if q key is pressed
