Download subset of latest submissions

TA's need the ability to download subsets of submissions that they were assigned to grade.
The prof says TA1 grades andrew id's starting with A-L, TA2 grades M-T, etc
There should be a way to select the submissions you need to grade rather than having to download all the files.

Sounds like a pretty useful feature! Keeping this open, should be pretty doable.
