This is a stripped and altered version of Naoto Hieda’s ofxPhidgets add-on (https://github.com/micuat/ofxPhidgets) for a single purpose: use the update() method to read the PhidgetEncoder position data.

1. download and install the drivers from Phidgets Support
2. add the ofxPhidgetsEnc.h and ofxPhidgetsEnc.cpp files to your project
3. add the phidget21.framework & phidget21.h to your project
