1-Corrected simulation for trajectories: Problem 5 c. 2-Added plot for the trajectories in problem 5 c. 3-Calling residuals refers to R's standard implementation instead of MARSS (replaced).

Unfortunately I cannot run the code above, I checked the namespace and it was not there, I have version 3.11.9
