This sample project use Aspose.Slides for .NET to group the shapes together and create shape thumbnails
This free consulting project uses Aspose.Slides to group shapes insides slide and create the shape image in PNG format.
In this sample project, Aspose.Slides API has been used to load the presentation with multiple shapes including charts. The API shall process presentation and perform following operation on each presentation file:
Load the presentation file Access the shapes inside presentation Group the similar shapes together Create Image of the grouped shape
Install latest API version from Nuget: In order to use the sample project, you need to install the latest availble version of Aspose.Slides for .NET from NUGET.
Set License File: It's advised that you must have a valid license file before using the application. In case you do not have one, you can still use the trial version of API (It limits the API usage features) but suggested approach is to use the API with license. You can buy our product license or may request a Free trial license to evaluate the API with complete features on your end.
Compiling the Sample project You need to clean and compile the project by resolving all dependencies. In the end the GroupShapeThumbnail.exe will be gnerated.
Executing the project This project is a console based application that expects the source presentation and license file place along side EXE file. Obviously, you can set the path to source file and license file your self.
