This plugin depends on library located at https://github.com/ash3D/VideoRecorder.git. That library should be configured as UE4 ThirdParty module. Additionally, boost should be configured as UE4 ThirdParty module as well. FFMPEG dll's should be dowloaded and placed at appropriate location so that it be available at runtime in target system.
