Implemented #11. Currently it contains a test on a deeper neural netw…

…ork (5 layers) with dropout on NMNIST. Might not work so well, I didn't finish training it yet... just doing some tests. Probably that setup will change.

This variant also has openmp turned on and some other optimization changes as well.
