• Set default value for sidebar and threecolumn layout.

Include new feature Navigation sidebar

• by default it is enabled on two columns layout.
• to disabled it prefix the page with a JSON object that has a field navigationSidebar, set to false as shown here {"navigationSidebar": false}.

• Font proportion is fixed
