It has not. For some reason, jboss repos are acting up:

+1 is there some reason/justification for this upgrade?

Two actually:

• Person directory 1.5.2 comes with a set of updated dependencies, most notably spring that previously could cause conflicts in CAS overlays.
• Some new DAOs are now available, such as one that is backed by a JSON file, and one based on a custom Groovy script, giving CAS the power of scripted attribute resolvers.
