This p/r includes following changes:

  1. Checking dasStatsPublisherEnabled at webapp startup and set dasStatsPublisherEnabled, metering and monitoring url to application object
  2. UI changes in stratos to integrate DAS monitoring dashboard

Closing this p/r as same changes are available in stratos 4.1.x branch with commits 0c64d22 and 2700667 and it can be rebased in master branch.
