Update NPM dependencies to address some vulnerabilities reported by 'npm audit'

• Updates from npm audit fix
• Remove dependency to grunt-couchapp
• Replace discontinued babel-eslint package with @babel/eslint-parser
• Upgrade eslint to 8.9.0
