Hi! I make sprites for video games and was wondering how to export layers as images, a question that you answered with your original script. I found it really useful, and thank you for taking the time to create it!

I modified the script so that it supports both PNG-24 and PNG-8 formats; the latter reduces the filesize in certain cases at the cost of limiting the number of colours. In the case of my pixel art, changing to PNG-8 was able to reduce every file's size a thousandfold.

I'm really inexperienced with this whole programming and GitHub thing, so I hope I haven't horribly broken something while making changes to this.
