- modifications made in main.less on panels and butoons
- Implemented additional css on main.less - Edited productDetail.js to fuse the header into the content [finishes #152539153] feat: Ordering panels reconstructed - New panel redesigned to fit the site UI
- New style framework adopted for walet page - Extra css included in wallet and cartDrawer pagfes

What does this PR do?
The PR delivers the re-design of the UI for the Wallet, Checkout pages and Cart completed page
Description of Task to be completed?
-The interface would be designed as a composition of different sub components. Depending on the design
-The page should be divided into sub components and implemented as components which are then imported into the page.
How should this be manually tested?
When a user visits the wallet, cart and checkout pages, he/she should see a re-designed interface
