thx. did you test the profile? are the default options working with mail.de, especially the Windows Timezones or should IANA timezones be enabled?

I did not test the code, I did not compile it.
I manually created a profile on a Windows maschine with https://kalender.mail.de, it worked fine.
Timezones: No idea, it's a SabreDAV server, no idea if there is a preferred setting on the client side, I would guess it works with both?!

Manually added in seperate commits since fixed typos have nothing to do with mail.de profile.
