OpenSC Project Cross Compile Build

About

	This environment provides an easy way to build
	OpenSC Project components using a cross compiler.

	The OpenSC Project does not provide CSP for Windows,
	any CSP that can use PKCS#11 interface can be used
	with the components.

Versions

	The tarballs are taken from "SOURCEROOT" directory, the
	version is not forced. If tarball is missing it is
	downloaded from its site using a specific version.

Cross compile

	$ CHOST=i686-pc-mingw32 CBUILD=i686-pc-linux-gnu ./build
	
	Notes:
		Ubuntu 8.10
			CHOST=i586-mingw32msvc

MSYS
	Download and install wget msys port.

	$ WGET=/c/msys/1.0/bin/wget ./build

	The WGET is a workaround for msys wget port issue with argv[0].

Environment

	WGET
		wget to use, default wget.
	WGET_OPTS
		options for wget, default empty.

	MAKEOPTS
		options for make, default "-j2".
	CHOST
		host to build to, default empty (native).
	CTARGET
		target to build to, default CHOST.
	CBUILD
		target of local host, default CHOST.

	IMAGEROOT
		output goes here, default "image".
	BUILDROOT
		build goes here, default "tmp".
	DISTDIR
		tarballs expeced to be here, default "distfiles".

	ZLIB_VERSION
	LIBTOOL_VERSION
	OPENSSL_VERSION
	OPENSC_VERSION
	LIP11_VERSION
	ENGINE_PKCS11_VERSION
		versions.

	OPENSC_COMPONENTS
		pcsc, openct
	
	OPENSC_TARGET_ROOT
		Target OpenSC root, default /
