Changelog:

• Made SearX optional in the .env file
• Updated README with better .env instructions
• Made search optional altogether using --no-search flag
• Added run.sh and run.bat with flags
• Made the .env file parsing a little better, can now set file in config.py if it doesn't work
• Cleaned things up (imports, broken functions - some remain unused)
