Issue description

Current behavior:

Page length is to long in layoutcontainer. See ngx-admin demopage:

Expected behavior:
Scrollbar and Page length same like Chrome

Steps to reproduce:
Show ngx-admin demopage / Dashboard under EI11

Related code:

Please remove the workaround in @nebular\theme\components\layout\layout.component.scss

width:  0; // this might be a strange workaround
