Solves scattering problem (electron-Hydrogen atom) in the Temkin-Poet model using MPI and Fortran.

This code was developed as part of my PhD. Thesis in Physics studying atomic collisions (it is all and has not been optimized or upgraded since 2011).

Uses ScaLapack and Blas, it is designed to run in a parallel enviroment (cluster CPU).
