Iterative upscale is now the same on 1.5 and XL, plus other improvements.

Fixes an issue with 1.5 and adds in a fast bypasser for FreeU in AF1.5 .

This version adds iterative upscaling to the workflow as well as provides execution controls in the form of switches that allow large parts of the workflow to be disabled as you search for the correct image and settings combo to suit your needs. Once you figure that out, you can re-enable the extra images and iterative upscaler, re-queue, and this will generate extra images like depth maps, normals, lineart, and upscaled content.

If the iterative upscaler is enabled, it will also execute that part of the workflow.

Since AegisFlow 1.5 refers to a workflow for SD 1.5, using straight numbered versions would get weird. Instead, I will be using a letter (a) and a number 0-9. The next major release would therefore be (b)0, and the next minor will be (a)3.
