[URGENT]: upgrade to ember 5.4

What to refactor

Everything needed to get to the latest lts version of ember (5.8)

Why refactor it

We are currently on 4.12, it's security support ends on the 26th May 2024

We are on 4.4 which has been EOL for 9 months now 😬

How to refactor it

• Get to 4.8 (ember 4.8 #186)
• Get to 4.12 (Fix/frontend/ember 4.12 #215)
• Get to 5.4 (ember 5.4 #315)

Fully abandoned (afaik):

• ember-pad (i think @derrabauke ported it to a newer version tho: chore: upgrade to ember v3.28 topaxi/ember-pad#4)
• django-multiselectfield (Remove django-multiselectfield dependency #25)
• faker (Migrate to @faker-js/faker #127)
• ember-export-application-global (is deprecated and archived, chore(frontend): drop ember-export-application-global #181 )

Things we should update (because we use old versions):

• ember-cli ([URGENT]: upgrade to ember 5.4 #176)
• ember-source ([URGENT]: upgrade to ember 5.4 #176)
• ember-data ([URGENT]: upgrade to ember 5.4 #176)
• ember-power-calendar
• a lot more things, just look at this:
  • chore(deps): bump the js group across 1 directory with 21 updates #178
  • chore(deps-dev): bump the ember group in /frontend with 26 updates #163
