Read XKCD in a webapp

1. Install the requirements

• Via requirements.txt
  • pip install -r requirements.txt
• Via Poetry
  • python -m poetry lock + python -m poetry install

2. Create a repository on GitHub and install Utterances to it
3. Edit the document the final lines of main.py
4. Start
