Minecraft server SMF manifest and service helper scripts for SmartOS (Solaris)

To use:

echo "https://ns1.ggxtech.net/packages/minecraft/x86_64/All" >> /opt/local/etc/pkgin/repositories.conf
pkgin -fy up
pkgin in minecraft-smartos-smf
