isoquant terminated abruptly during multi-sample input

Hi @andrewprzh，
Thank you for updating isoquant with many new features!

However, when I input multiple bam files to run isoquant I encountered a reported error as follows:
concurrent.futures.process.BrokenProcessPool: A process in the process pool was terminated abruptly while the future was running or pending.

The memory I have provided is sufficient. The complete log is as follows

Sorry for the late reply.
Unfortunately, the traceback in the log doesn't state anything meaningful, could be a memory issue.

Could you rerun IsoQuant e.g. with --resume?

I'm really sorry for the delay in getting back to you. I've been a bit busy with other projects recently.

I've re-run the program with the same parameters and compute resource. And I'm not experiencing the errors that were reported previously. I'll give you feedback as soon as the program has finished running.
