1. Run PHP 5.2 and 5.3 builds on `precise`. See: https://blog.travis-ci.com/2017-07-11-trusty-as-default-linux-is-coming 2. Run against the highest PHPCS 2.x branch instead of `master` as PHPCS 3.x has now become `master` and is not yet supported. 3. Let PHP `nightly` use the matrix just like other PHP versions.
