Change number of characters DB version

Please give us a description of what happened.

When changing the Yoast SEO version with the Yoast Test Helper plugin, the maximum number of characters is 7, which is too little to put add an RC version to versions equal or higher to 10.0. This is the case for all Yoast SEO plugins.

For example: 7.0-RC0 is possible, but 10.0-RC0 is not since you cannot type more than 10.0-RC.

Please describe what you expected to happen and why.

How can we reproduce this behavior?

1. Get the Yoast Test Helper plugin
2. Go to Tools > Yoast Test and try to type 10.0-RC0 as DB Version for Yoast SEO
3. See that this is not possible (not able to type more than 10.0-RC)
