What's new:

• Streamlined GO analysis (with background correction for alternative splicing analysis) after correlation calculation.
• Added a toy example for quick example runs.
• Use distutils for easy installation.
• Better output file naming and folder organization.

This version doesn't change any of the PEGASAS analytical pipeline. So there will be no difference in results between the two versions (v1.0.0 and v1.1.0) except additional new analysis results (GO analysis).

Initial release.
This version is used for the PEGASAS manuscript.
