这种功能没必要添加吧..这不属于一个RecyclerView该做的。

第一次进入页面，自动触发下拉刷新去请求数据，交互不是更好一点吗？

明明没有去下拉，却触发了下拉刷新，你不觉得很奇怪么

我不知道你有没有理解我的意思，我的意思是类似于 https://github.com/liaohuqiu/android-Ultra-Pull-To-Refresh 和 https://github.com/bingoogolapple/BGARefreshLayout-Android 这两个库里的自动刷新效果。

1、添加setRefreshing 方法，可以进入页面调用此方法可实现自动下拉刷新（XRecyclerView#35、XRecyclerView#11）
2、更改下拉刷新完成之后，先隐藏然后再更改Header UI的显示（XRecyclerView#51,）
