The main page (https://xcsoar.org) allows for the direct download of the manuals (on the right column).
Strangely, the download page (https://xcsoar.org/download/) does not contain link to the manuals (only to the software and to the data files).
Proposition: add to the download page the same links as the main page (i.e. right column, under the data files download).
