Description
This PR updated templates provided for the Create Block tool.
It shows how
block.jsonformat works in practice withregister_block_type_from_metadatathat is close to be final. There is one issue that needs to be resolved separately. There are 3 fields that have different spelling in PHP and JS:api_versionvsapiVersionprovides_contextvsprovidesContextuses_contextvsusesContextI plan to tackle it in its own PR. We will also need to update the tutorial Create a Block.

esnexttemplate.I tested it locally with:
