Sort post formats alphabetically by translated name.

Description

This PR updates the POST_FORMATS array in packages/editor/src/components/post-format/index.js to sort the formats alphabetically by localized name. (Previously, the post formats were in a seemingly random order that seems to have been copy-pasted from here.)
