Fix duplicate grammar docs

Description

We inadvertently ended up with two grammar.md docs. Given that docs/contributors/grammar.md is the document referenced in toc.json, this is the instance I have kept. I also updated the grammar generator script to reference the correct location, and re-generated the grammar with the script.

How has this been tested?

Tested via manual verification.
