Description

This PR makes all the instances of alignment toolbar being used on RNMobile to use the new collapsed version that is now available.

This affects the Paragraph, Image and MediaText blocks.

How has this been tested?

This can be tested on this GB Mobile PR: wordpress-mobile/gutenberg-mobile#2076

We can ship this PR as-is, but separately we should also apply collapsed groups to the following blocks which are in-progress (Cc’ing those who are working on them):

• Columns/Column (cc @jbinda)
• Buttons/Button (cc @lukewalczak)
• Pullquote (cc @ceyhun) (I don’t think we have block alignment controls on this one yet, we should consider adding them)
